Following the LaSalle Cougars board of directors’ meeting, it was agreed to gradually resume on-ice training starting January 29, 2022, in accordance with public health rules and those of the City of Montreal:
Here are some important points:
1 - The mask is mandatory for everyone in the arena and in the players’ locker room (children/parents/coaches).
2- Coaches must wear a mask on the ice.
3- The ice will be divided into 3 zones. There will be 2 players per zone, for a total of 6 players on the ice.
4- Players must remain in their zones during all practice.
5- One coach per zone is allowed.
6- Before the scheduled practice, the coach must provide a list of players/coaches present for each time slot and forward it to email@example.com.
7- Rule for parents/accompanying persons, according to current city regulations:
- Parent spectators - not allowed;
- Accompanying parent for children under 10 authorized with vaccination passport;
We hope to see all the players in action soon, but we want to insist on respecting the rules; otherwise we could lose this privilege.
Hopefully, the government will be announcing new measures very soon and we will have another update for you!
Thank you for your precious collaboration,
Board of the LaSalle Cougars
